SUMMARY
This should be easy to resolve.
"Assign tag" context menu has entries like "Name (Root / Parent)", while
"Remove tag" context menu has entries like "Root / Parent / Name".
The formats should be identical, everything else is needlessly confusing.
I would prefer "Root / Parent / Name" for both.
