Whoa, it is definitely not supposed to auto-install. I cannot reproduce the
behavior listed in this bug in Neon dev. Clicking on an appstream:// link opens
Discover with the app page, and does not auto-install anything, While loading,
it displays a screen that says, "Loading...". There could be a busy indicator
there, but it definitely shows feedback.
If you can consistently reproduce this, a screen recording would be helpful
