SUMMARY
Application closes unexpectedly after selecting a lookup column, saving,
switching to data view
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select lookup column as in attachment and save
2. Switch to data view

OBSERVED RESULT
Apliction closes unexpectedly
EXPECTED RESULT
Data should be displayed.
The operation appears to have been successful: when the application is
re-opened the lookup column is shown correctly.
