I mentioned the PC reboot to confirm that the problem seems to stem from the
Android side. However I cannot confirm that a restart of the app resets the
popup counter. When I go into settings and click and confirm to "force stop"
for KDE Connect, the app continues to run. Android 8.0.0, KDE Connect 1.12.6.
