SUMMARY
Change the name of a layer(s), Krita doesn't recognize a change has been made
to the document (and thus if that's all you're doing, the document can't be
saved). Likewise for setting Guides Visible or Locked settings. There may be
other settings that don't trigger a save document.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Save a document
2. Change a layer name
3. Observe no 'changed document' asterisk
OBSERVED RESULT
Asterisk in title bar doesn't appear, document can't be saved
EXPECTED RESULT
Asterisk would appear and changes can be saved
