SUMMARY
In the title bar of Krita, it does not display the filename.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a [filename].kra file
2. Look at the title for the program (at the very top left - above the menu bar
[File, Edit, View, etc].
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
It just says ' - Krita', it does not have the filename
EXPECTED RESULT
'Filename - Krita' displayed in the top left hand corner of the program title
bar

This was working in 4.1.7, after the upgrade to 4.2.1 it is no longer working
