SUMMARY
The X/Y settings in the Grids panel always defaults to 20px. The other tools
remember their settings but the Grid doesn't
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a new document and set the Grid size to 32x32
2. Close the document
2. Open a new document
OBSERVED RESULT
The Grid settings have been returned to 20x20
EXPECTED RESULT
The Grid settings keep it previous setting of 32x32
