I can confirm that even on Intel GPU setting it to OpenGL 2.0 with Accurate
scaling method, the stuttering is a lot less, but anything that opens with a
Fade effect seems to stutter when opening, flickering the image. To me it is
like it is having issues rendering.I have attached a screenshot for this also.
