SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a task manager widget somewhere.
2. Open a window with a long title that doesn't fit into the allocated space in
the task manager panel.
OBSERVED RESULT
The title is cut off at a certain character, without ellipsis (...) in the end.
This looks really weird because almost always it's broken in the middle of the
word.
EXPECTED RESULT
There is an ellipsis (three dots) added at the end of the title in case it's
cut off. It used to work that way in previous Plasma versions.
