SUMMARY
In Plasma 5 Application Launcher, I cannot not drag its scrollbars with
graphics tablets when my cursor is over the slider. However, I can drag the
scrollbar with graphics tablets when the cursor is on the right of the
scrollbar. Mouse is unaffected. Tested on Wacom Cintiq Pro 13.
BTW, in dolphin, I can drag the scrollbars anywhere close to the slider, both
on its left and right, I don't have to drag exactly over the slider to make the
scroll.
