SUMMARY
The tree view of the translating project in the Project Overview tab disappears
shortly after launching the program, and only the standalone files in the
project root directory are shown. Happens all the time after editing and saving
the opened .po file.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Lokalize
2. Edit ans save the file
3. Watch the tree disappear

The directory tree disappears, only standalone files are left
