STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open the avatar gallery when selecting an avatar for a user 2. Click and drag an avatar into empty space, usually to the right or below the avatar OBSERVED RESULT The avatar is moved out of its normal position. EXPECTED RESULT The avatar should not move when clicked and dragged.
