Another interesting observation (the encrypted EncFS folder is mounted to a
folder in the home directory):

First opening the home folder in Dolphin, then mounting the EncFS folder =>
everything OK.

First mounting the EncFS folder, then opening the home folder in Dolphin =>
100% load.
