STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Help > Switch Application Language > Primary language
OBSERVED RESULT
There is only one language"American English" in the observed list (like the
attachment shows).
EXPECTED RESULT
I am a Chinese user who want to work with the Chinese GUI.I found there were
many language packages(including "zh_CN") in Source Code.Please fix the bug and
make these languages(particularly Chinese) observed in the list.
