Give a color tint to reference images (checkbox + color choice)
To more easily distinguish Reference Images from normal pixel data on the
canvas it would be nice to have control over this more directly.
Making the Reference images have a tint or value change would help speed up the
process depending on the colors present on the canvas .
This feature needs to just be replicated from the 'onion skin tint color' in
the onion skins docker
