Minimum size of the settings app
SUMMARY
I can't resize the settings smaller than a relatively big size(screenshot1).
Also, when I drag the windows to the side of the screen, it strangely resizes
(screenshot2).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open settings app on plasma(wayland)
2. Try to resize the apps to make it smaller
3. Try to drag the apps to the corner.
OBSERVED RESULT
Settings app can't be smaller. Dragging the settings app to the corner doesn't
resize the app to the corner.
EXPECTED RESULT
Settings app can have any size. Dragging the settings app to the corner will
resize the app to the size of the corner.
