It is not possible to e.g. keep settings like "don't print annotations" or
"force rasterization". "Remembering settings" might be dangerous, but possible
entries in okularrc for default values might be great and good enough.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Print, change settings like "force rasterization"
2. Print again, look at the settings
