Please report to those apps.
CSD vs SSD will be irrelevant.
They almost certainly have a wrong app_id set compared to their .desktop file
name.
You can verify with WAYLAND_DEBUG=1 myApp |& grep set_app_id and then looking
for the relevant .desktop file
If they do match, please do reopen here.
