For tablets, the solution is auto-rotation, which is working or will eventually
work on Wayland. I agree that this is now basic functionality for the KCM. The
KCM itself is a fairly nerdy thing that regular users won't generally have a
reason to go to, so IMO it's okay for it to display stuff like this in it.
