SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Be using tablet pen (doesn't work using keyboard)
2. Use outline selection tool on portion of drawing
3. Select move tool and attempt to move item
OBSERVED RESULT
Not every time, but about 75% of the time using the move tool on a selected
section will freeze part way through the movement, say that it's processng the
changes, and
SAFE ASSERT (krita): "!m_d->readyShortcut" in file
C:\Packaging\workspace\Krita_Release_Windows64_Build\krita\libs\ui\input\kis_shortcut_matcher.cpp,
line 579
will appear in the dialogue box if I attempt to cancel the process.
EXPECTED RESULT
For the item to move and not crash Krita.
