Clear Latte cache from terminal, latte-dock --cc If [1-2] do not work then you could try to build Latte yourself because there is a case the Latte was build with other upstream qt,kde frameworks versions that the one used. If this helps neither then no idea... If it is Qt 5.13 issue then sooner or later more users will report it...
