The menu-bar is missing the text string for "File", "Settings", and "Help",
these are shown as "No text".
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch okular.
OBSERVED RESULT
The menu-bar is missing the text string for "File", "Settings", and "Help".
EXPECTED RESULT
Text string for "File", "Settings", and "Help" is correctly shown.

Linux: openSUSE Leap 15.1
KDE Plasma Version: 5.12.8
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.55.0
Qt Version: 5.97.0
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I'm unsure if this is a bug per se, or caused by a missing package perhaps.
(YaST2 Software Management indicates all dependencies are met).
If this is due to a missing package, what package would contain those strings?
(The system is running with en-GB as the language).
