Like the OP, I too have a large number of completed exercises (I guess that it's well over a thousand. I don't know the precise number, but the .kde/share/apps/ktouch/profiles has accumulated a size of over 2 MB over the years). With my average exercise length of just 5 minutes, this is starting to get really annoying.
