SUMMARY
When using arc-kde theme, which is using kvantum theme engine, it blurs the
background of konsole.
However the problem is, we can't override the konsole backgroup blur setting.
Even "blur background" checkbox is not checked (default), each time a new
konsole instance is launched, it defaults back to blur background.
Is there anyway to override such setting in konsole only without disable the
blur in kvantum theme?
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install arc-kde theme
2. Apply ArcDarker theme in kvantum manager
3. Launch konsole
4. Make sure "blur background" is unchecked in current profile
5. Close all konsole and re-launch a new konsole instance
OBSERVED RESULT
After changing the settings of current profile, current running konsole
disables background blur, but newly launched konsole still blurs background.
EXPECTED RESULT
If a user disables background blurring, then konsole should not follow kvantum
theme.
