SUMMARY
I experimented an error during the update of the system
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update (I tried with pkcon commands and Muon Package manager)

OBSERVED RESULT
The system returns the error:
"An error occurred while applying the modifications:
/var/cache/apt/archives/libkf5syndication5_1%3a5.60.0+p18.04+git20190805.0102-0_amd64.deb
trying to overwrite '/usr/share/qlogging-categories5/syndication.categories',
which is also in package libkf5syndication5abi1"
EXPECTED RESULT
It should be update smoothly, without this kind of error.
