SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. right click on the network icon in systray
2. select "Configure network connections..."
3. resize horizontally the plasma-nm KCM by dragging its border
4. click on any part of the KCM
OBSERVED RESULT
KCM freezes - window decoration says "Not responding..."
EXPECTED RESULT
KCM never freezes
