An example of the bug, created by writing "Hello World" twice. Mind that I
wrote them at max hardness and somewhat slowly.

SUMMARY
Lines keep shooting out from the point of my pen while I'm trying to draw.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a canvas of whatever size.
2. Draw on the canvas.
3. Draw hard or slow, slow down, or pause mid-stroke.

OBSERVED RESULT
Straight lines appear, pointing in random directions outward from the point of
the cursor.

EXPECTED RESULT

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma: Linux Mint 19.2 (cinnamon)
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version:
KDE Frameworks Version:
Qt Version: 5.9.5

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Using a Wacom Cintiq 13HD, touch and gestures not enabled.
- Settings had to be manually applied via xsetwacom because the Graphics Tablet
GUI is broken (caused issues with pen calibration).
- This bug does not occur on other art programs such as Drawpile and GIMP.
- Krita's "Show system information for bug reports" display is detecting my
system as Linux Mint 19.1, when it's really 19.2. Might be related?
