If Kate is running/minimized and I open an additional file e.g. from Dolphin,
Kate will not be shown on Wayland and it remains in the background. The user
will have to show Kate on its own and there is no feedback if the file is
successfully opened or not.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kate
2. Minimize Kate
3. Open Dolphin
4. Open a text file
OBSERVED RESULT
File is opened in the background, no feedback that something happened in Kate
EXPECTED RESULT
Kate will restore it's normal window size
