            Bug ID: 410806
Summary: Adding Keyboard Layout shortcuts disables Global
                    shortcuts.
           Product: kxkb
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: major
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: unassigned-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: xenoida...@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

Keyboard Model: Genetic 101-Key PC
Language: English
Layout: EurKey (US based layout with european letters)
3rd Level Shortcut: Left Alt key

I didn't do any major changes. I only removed my old layout and only using the
EurKEY layout instead. The words ø, œ, ñ, etc work when using the Alt Left key
but all the other shortcuts that require the Alt key no longer work.
I tried Ctrl key and the Menu key instead but the shortcuts associated with
those commands cease to work.

These shortcuts have ceased to work when enabling Alt Left key:
1) Run Command: Alt+Space
2) TTY Mode: Ctrl+Alt+F3
3) Run Konsole: Ctrl+Alt+T

Kubuntu 18.04 LTS
KDE Plasma Version: 5.12.8
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.44.0
Qt Version: 5.9.5

This is a major bug because I couldn't even oepn a TTY terminal!!
