SUMMARY
After rebooting the computer, when I open Google chrome, it asks for user
password to authorize Google chrome. I already set it to be Auto Allow.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Auto Allow Google chrome and kwalletmanager5
2. Reboot the computer
3. Open Google Chrome

OBSERVED RESULT
Prompts for user or kdewallet password

EXPECTED RESULT
Should open directly
