Thanks for reporting, Toni. I created a sysadmin task
(https://phabricator.kde.org/T11453) since devs don't control web server
settings unless it's solvable through .htaccess. Even if we can setup
.htaccess, I'd like to understand the reasoning behind blocked txt files.
