SUMMARY
In settings I have chosen to turn on numlock after startup.
Numlock stays off on latest KDE Neon user edition even if it is turned on by
bios.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set numlock to turn on after startup.
2. Reboot
OBSERVED RESULT
Numlock stays off.
EXPECTED RESULT
Num lock should turn on.
