The image buffer is about 350MB at the end. The image cache was set to 200MB in digiKam. So this image is not even cached. But I can not reproduce a memory leak. I also do not think that we can limit the memory consumption of ImageMagick. This extreme is only available with XCF images, other formats are fine.
