Some plugins are enabled by default. If krename was built with support for
exiv2 the exiv2 plugin is enabled by default and one can't disable it. The
checkbox disable, i.e. it is grayed out, but it's actually checked. I agree
that this might be confusing but can you confirm that that's the case for you?
Unfortunately I don't really know why the decision to have plugins, which are
enabled by default can't be disabled, was made in the past. However, I'm
leaning to changing this.
