SUMMARY
Unable to install python3-pyqt5.qtwebengine due to unmet dependencies.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. sudo apt update
2. sudo apt install python3-pyqt5.qtwebengine
OBSERVED RESULT
python3-pyqt5.qtwebengine cannot be installed as it depends upon
python3-pyqt5.qtwebchannel (= 5.11.3+dfsg-1+18.04+bionic+build9) however;
latest version being 5.12.2+dfsg-1+18.04+bionic+build11.
EXPECTED RESULT
python3-pyqt5.qtwebengine should depend upon the latest available
pyqt5.qtwebchannel version i.e 5.12.2+dfsg-1+18.04+bionic+build11 and install
normally using apt.
