SUMMARY
When i start kde wayland session, my second monitor is black and has no icons,
but i can see apps, cursor.
When i log in to X11 session and log out, second screen works fine.
I can right click at place where icon should be and i see popup as if there was
real icon.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start computer
2. Start wayland session
3. Second monitor is black and has no icons.
4. Log out or reboot
5. Start X11 session
6. Log out
7. Start wayland session
8. Second monitor has icons and wallpaper
