SUMMARY
The "convert to path" button ignores transformations applied to the vector
layer using the move tool.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create text
2. Using move tool, move the text in some way
3. Select edit shapes tool, and press convert to path
OBSERVED RESULT
Shape is where the text was before transforming the vector layer
EXPECTED RESULT
Shape should be in the same location as the text
