There is no way to selectively control notifications coming from applications
that are installed only in work profile.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. enable work profile ('ve used Shelter for admin)
2. install application in work profile
3. in KDEconnect have Notification sync enabled
in KDEconnect's Notification sync settings, work profile applications are not
listed
work profile applications are listed / it is possible to blacklist additional
application providing arbitrary package name
