I'm wondering, is this after a fresh install (and just updating, and nothing more)? Or had you changed any kind of settings or anything? In my instance, the only things that I can recall having done was I removed the -xorg.org.input.libinput- packages from my machine, because they broke the touch screen on my HP TouchSmart.
