Filepicker unusable
SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use scaling, eg. 1.2x
2. open browser and choose a file to upload (opens Dolphin)
3. at first, everything seems normal. move mouse over a file --> filepicker
starts to look scrambled
4. resize the filepicker window 1px or more --> goes back to normal
OBSERVED RESULT
filepicker is scrambled
EXPECTED RESULT
should be normal
