I have three questions :)
1) What CPU do you have? How many cores? And did you change the default setting
in Preferences->Preformance->Advanced->CPU Limit? The limit should be set to
maximum (that is the number of cores you have).
2) Do you have View->Instant Preview enabled? Does disabling it help?
3) What brush preset you use for the test?
