SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add system load viewer to a vertical panel
2. configure it for circular view
OBSERVED RESULT
applet still takes up vertical size as if the bar view was configured, with
about halve of it being empty/unused
EXPECTED RESULT
system load viewer should not take up more vertical space then needed to
display the circles
