KMail windows on the left monitor
SUMMARY
Some applications are mor affected than others. For example sometimes KMail
shows the left frame (Mailfolders) only on my middle monitor. Some elements are
shown (partly) multiple times. I've attached some screenshots.for KMail, I can
deliver more and supportwith debugging (instructions required).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Every time KMail is launched
