SUMMARY
When wy try to resize standard round brush ( in any mode, soft , guasian etc )
with using shortcut "change primary Setting " option (in my case alt+ RMB)
when we resize brush more than 400 Pixels resize "animation being laggy ,
not smooth as in the lower values 0-300 pixels
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Choose auto round brush in any mode
2. Try to resize it with using "change primary mode "
3. Try to reach values higher than 400 Px
