This page is rendered correct with regards to what's in the design file.
So this isn't a Qt regression, if anything it's a Qt fix.
Whether that .ui file is correct is a different story. The hbox is pointless,
the inner layout is pointless, the 3 weird rows in the middle are pointless.
I can fix all that, but can some powerdevil dev tell me where that meant
vertical spacer is meant to be?
