SUMMARY
After filter mask is applied to a layer, it slows any operations down on that
layer : moving, transforming, even painting.
It seems that the filter mask is applied to the entire canvas area no matter
how small the image on the layer is, and stays where it is like 'a filter layer
attatch to its target layer'.
Is it possible to limit filter mask application to the actual images on the
layer, and make it move&transform&expand&shrink along with the target layer
changes?
* This is an issue with transparency mask too, although it doesn't make layer
as laggy as filter mask. (transparency mask also moves along with the target
layer moves.)
