SUMMARY
There are no tooltips for orientation buttons.
I even have enabled "Shpw detailed tooltips" in Configure system settings
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings
2. go to display section
3. hover over orientation buttons
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing
EXPECTED RESULT
Tooltips should pop up with proper explanation when moue is hovered over the
orientation buttons.
