SUMMARY
Since recently the split view is subordinate to the tabs view, so one cannot
combine existing tabs in a split view. This behavior was used before and is
still visible on the konsole home page
(https://konsole.kde.org/assets/img/konsolesplit.png) by having a tab list for
each view.
It is preferred in a workflow where one wants to combine the contents of
different tabs and change this combination when different processes want to be
observed in other views while doing stuff in one view. Having just views
without being able to change its contents to other tabs makes it much less
useful.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create tabs
2. Split view in one tab
OBSERVED RESULT
Each view is fixed and can't change to a different tab
EXPECTED RESULT
Each view has the possibility to select an existing tab (like before 19.08).
