In some scenario (e.g. HiDPI monitor), the size of the font for comments (both
reading or writing) is too small.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press F6 and Open a pop-up note or highlight some text
2. There is now way to resize this font size if you feel it's too small
OBSERVED RESULT
The font size in annotations doesn't look proper and there is no way to change
it.
EXPECTED RESULT
There is a option in Okular Preference which allows you change the annotation
font (size).
