SUMMARY Programmhangs and will not proceed. I get a please quit or wait.
Waiting does not work.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Pick a directory A
2. Pick a directory B
3. Start process
OBSERVED RESULT
Kangs up (kdiff3 not responding)
EXPECTED RESULT
To process the request.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
One of my directories is on a NFS share the other is not. I tried several
times and it worked on a small job but not a larger one.
